In April, sales of new apartments were worse than in March, but the same as a year ago. Buyers, according to real estate (NT) developers, look more than make decisions, and prices will not rise. Some are disappointed not to see a reduction in EURIBOR, while others are positive, claiming that the market is recovering. And although all this seems like a whistle-blower day, the most perceptive ones see bigger changes beyond the formal statistics, especially in prices.

The real estate development company “Hanner” recorded in April that developers in Vilnius concluded 210 preliminary contracts for apartments (after eliminating 41 terminated ones), or 14% less than in March (244). Compared to 2023 in April, 7.5% less apartments were sold (there were 227). General …
