On May 27, the auction will be held for 1.5 million. euros at Bokšto st. 9 intends to sell 349.18 sq. m. meters of administrative premises, other buildings and a plot of 0.04 hectares.

The premises located in the building, which is an immovable cultural asset, are leased to the “Museum of Culinary Heritage” institution.

“Vilnius City Municipality constantly strives to manage the available real estate more efficiently, so if the object is not used for municipal functions, it is decided to sell it. Currently, the premises at Bokšto gatvė 9 are leased to the institution “Museum of Cultural Heritage”, which usually conducts private events and excursions,” Gabrielius Grubinskas, representative of the Vilnius municipality, told BNS Plius.

According to him, after the sale of the premises, the tenant will be able to use them under the current rental conditions until December 10.

As announced in the auction announcement on the website of the Register Center www.evarzytynes.lt, the premises in the Old Town of Vilnius are leased to the “Museum of Culinary Heritage” institution until May 2034, or at the request of the lessor – no longer than until the privatization auction.

The first property sale auction will be held until May 28 at 1:59 p.m.

According to G. Grubinska, the representative of the Vilnius municipality, the income received from the sale of objects goes into the municipality’s budget and can be used to finance various projects implemented by the municipality.
