Porsche CEO divorces wife with dementia: ‘closer’ to 20-year-old as a younger woman | Names

Sources close to the family of Wolfgang and Claudia Porsche said that the husband is struggling to live with his wife due to changes in her behavior. The grandson of Porsche founder Ferdinand Porsche has reportedly filed for divorce due to “severe dementia that has kept her housebound”.

For the past two years, a woman with dementia has had four carers to look after her around the clock. According to the Daily Mail, she has been unable to move on her own for months and her mental abilities are rapidly deteriorating.

The couple has been together since 2007 and got married in 2019. W. Porsche has four children, two of them with director and screenwriter Susanne Bresser, whom he was married to from 1988-2008. The wealth of the Porsche family is valued at 20 billion. euros.

German media also reported that in recent months, the billionaire W.Porsche has become closer to his friend, Princess Gabriela of Leiningen (59). Their friendship has lasted for 25 years.

Gabriela – also known as Inaara Aga Khan – like Claudia Porsche, studied law in Munich and Cologne. in 1991 she married Prince Karl of Leiningen, but in 1998 the couple broke up.

Later that year, she married Ismaili Nizarite Imam Karim Aga Khan IV (86). The couple divorced in 2014.

Since 1999 Gabriela is involved in various third world development projects promoting self-reliance and disaster relief. Since 2004 she actively participates in the fight against AIDS, supports the German AIDS Foundation.
