Last summer, the enemy was often unable to reach the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As soon as he advanced, the artillery destroyed him. If the enemy got closer, then our mortars would join in, leaving him no chance. But today, when there is a lack of mines and shells, the Russians sometimes march right into our positions and then different fighting starts, it’s a completely different story here. In such battles, the occupiers can crush the Ukrainian fighters simply by their mass.

Kyrylo Sazonov, a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a political analyst, told about it.

“We’ve been waiting for help for a long time and we’re glad that it’s finally here we pressed his partners,” said the fighter.

It is clear that the arrival of American weapons will change the situation on the battlefield in our favor. But while the deliveries are still going on, the situation at the front has deteriorated significantly due to the lack of people, Sazonov said.

“We’re not going there.” According to the soldier, there are situations when guys (Ukrainian fighters – ed.) refuse to go to any position because there is hell. “Yes, it’s hell there, because 17 of our guys are holding 50-100 Russians. There are such situations,” said Sazonov. “Yes, unfortunately, there are more Russians, but we are used to it.”
